All of our subscriptions are one off payments for the whole year, so you don't need to worry about any unexpected charges made to your account once your subscription finishes. Due to the electronic nature of our product we aren’t able to offer a refund once you have downloaded premium resources. 

If you have referred your school to Twinkl you can get your subscription refunded if they sign up within 30 days of the start of your current subscription, for 10 or more users, and have added you to the school account. Just get in touch with the name of your school, the e-mail address on your account and your e-mail address on the school account. We’ll be happy to refund you as a way of saying thank you! :)
