I haven't received my login details!

  • Please check your spam/junk folders. If you are unable to find your email, please fill in your email address here to reset your password.
  • If you are an existing user (free or paid account) you will be able to log in using your normal username and password.
  • A list of users will be sent to the main contact, please ensure that all email addresses are correct, if they are not, email and we’ll be able to change them for you.
  • If no emails have come through, check your email system with your IT coordinator.

If someone leaves/is off on long term sick or maternity can we change users?

Yes! You can change your users at any time during your subscription. Simply email with the users you would like taking off and the email addresses you would like adding on, we can do this for you.
