I haven't received my login details!

  • Please check your spam/junk folders. If you are unable to find your email, please fill in your email address here to reset your password.
  • If you are an existing user (free or paid account) you will be able to log in using your normal username and password.
  • A list of users will be sent to the main contact, please ensure that all email addresses are correct, if they are not, email schools@twinkl.co.uk and we’ll be able to change them for you.
  • If no emails have come through, check your email system with your IT coordinator.

If someone leaves/is off on long term sick or maternity can we change users?

Yes! You can change your users at any time during your subscription. Simply email schools@twinkl.co.uk with the users you would like taking off and the email addresses you would like adding on, we can do this for you.
