I'd like to order Premium for my school/organisation!

How do we sign up?

It’s quick and easy! Simply select your package here and fill out the order form with your School’s details.
Once submitted this will go through to our lovely Schools team to check and approve for you.
Alternatively, get in touch! We’d love to talk to you about your subscription and help get you set up!

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to have all orders up and running on the day they are placed. If you haven’t received confirmation that your account has been approved, please do let us know!

Do you need a purchase order?

We do not require a purchase order, however please provide this on the order form should you need this quoted on the invoice.

Can I have one username/account for the whole school?

Due to our account sharing policy (please see our Terms and Conditions), we require that each member of staff has their own log in which is connected to their email address and own username. 

Some of our teachers are already users, what will happen to their accounts?

If a teacher's email address is already attached to a Twinkl account (free or paid), the person inputting the order will be alerted and can choose to keep or discard the account. If they choose ‘keep’, the account will be added to the school package and the teacher can continue to log in with the existing username and password.
