Meet Jules

I’m a designer at twinkl and I use all the images, hand drawn by either Ben, Becky or Imogen, to create lovely resources for the twinkl community! I’d love to talk to you about my passions - sign language, photography and my Alaskan Malamute puppy! He is just too cute!

How are you involved in twinkl?

I work alongside Becky and Imogen as a junior designer - creating many of the lovely resources that are on the site.

What do you bring to twinkl?

An eye for detail with the resources and laughter to the office! Oh, and bagels and soup most days...

What do you do when you aren't twinkl'ing?

I'm really involved in the community as well as learning sign language. I'm coming to the end of Level 3 British Sign Language and have been studying it now for 6 years - that is two degrees isn't it?! Believe it or not, I've still got some years to go. I'd encourage anyone to give BSL a go! I have a secret plan to get some sign language resources on the site. I also work with children in social / youth clubs around Sheffield and work with children with SEN. Twinkl is really my hobby :P

What excites you about twinkl?

I feel so amazed to be part of the twinkl community. It is great that everything we do is for the benefit of so many teachers and many thousands of children. Whilst we are only a small team, it is great to be able to help so many - especially when I enjoy the work so much!
