News Ofsted tight-lipped over 'flawed' inspections

It seems we may never know. In perhaps one of the more remarkable responses to a freedom of information (FoI) request, Ofsted has said it cannot say how many of its inspections have been found to be "flawed" in the past two years.We have heard of three cases since December where an inspection report was either not published or had to be substantially rewritten.
