News Should schools be responsible for children's dental health?

The health advisory body Nice has said that nurseries and primary schools should think about taking responsibility for teeth-brushing and oral hygiene. A public health survey reported that 12% of three-year-olds in England suffer from rotten teeth and that in some parts of the country, half of five-year-olds have decay or fillings.
