News Teachers tales of exam-marking issues: this is only going to get worse

Members of Guardian Teacher Network report questionable grades for students and difficulties for markersWhen the Guardians Teacher Network asked readers to share their experiences of this summers exam-marking process, we received a large number responses. Teachers reported problems relating to both the GCSE and A-level papers, with many saying unexpected grades had forced them to request large numbers of resits.I have experienced awful exam marking this summer, writes one head of English, referring to GCSE papers.
