News There's nothing irregular about flexi-schooling

Our rigid, semi-privatised British education system doesnt seem to like it, but part-time learning is great for kidsAnother school year under way and my friend Nicky has started it with a £60 fine from Babcock for the irregular attendance in the last school year of his five-year-old daughter, Cara.I confess it came as something of a surprise that Babcock was involved at all. Thats Babcock as in Babcock International plc, which describes itself on its website as the UKs leading engineering support services organisation.
