  • I would love something like this for 'using words and not our hands' when we are angry or frustrated! :) maybe with key phrases like 'Stop, I don't like it!' etc.

  • Great for whole class to remind everyone about how to stay calm or react when you are angry. Also to help individuals that experience more difficulties with anger management.
