A fun activity with an important message! This activity demonstrates how tricky lip-reading is and emphasises the importance of not assuming that deaf people, children or adults can always lip-read accurately. It could be used as an activity for part of a Deaf Awareness series of lessons, or as a starter activity for Deaf Awareness training amongst staff.
