  • Going to slightly edit this chart to give us portions of the day. On a therapist suggestion we are using one chart to track home and school behavior in a 4 year old child with PTSD. The goal is to have him visualize what parts of the day he struggles and excels. Hoping for self motivation to have a consistent day or improve on classroom behavior when away from parents.

  • Our support worker introduced us to this chart as part of the work we are doing to improve my 7 year old's sleeping problems. It has worked really well but we need more copies to continue.
