  •  Once I have selected the comments I want to use, does the program generate a final comment or do I just cut and paste the options into my own document? I want to use several from the general and several from the mindset to create a final summary comment.

    • Hi agranta,
Thank you very much for commenting! It's great to hear from you :)
In answer to your query, the spreadsheet does not generate a final comment. You can select, cut and paste the most appropriate comment from each bank. Have a great day: )

I'm so sorry to hear you can't see the tabs on our spreadsheet, they should be located at the bottom of the spreadsheet and are highlighted in different colours. If you are unable to see the tabs, could you please check that you have the 'show sheets' option turned on. To do this, click File, and then Options. In the Advanced category, under Display options for this workbook, look at the Show sheet tabs check box. Finally, click OK.
You could also check that the sheets are not hidden. You can do this by right-clicking the visible sheets - if there is an option to 'Unhide' then please click it and unhide the sheets.
Hope this helps, but if you are still having trouble please do let me know! :)

    • How do you copy and paste? Sorry don't use Microsoft Excel.

      Thanks

      , Jun 13th
    • Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. You don't need to copy and paste to use this document. If you look on the 'Instructions and guidance' tab, all you need to type in is the child's individual name and their gender and the document will fill it in for you. I hope that this helps, but if it doesn't then please do get back in touch. Have a lovely day :)

      , Jun 13th
  • Where do I put the child's name in?
    Thank you

    , Jun 12th
    • Hi Tamarahmay,
Thank you for your comment on the Twinkl website.

When you open the resource if you go to the different coloured tabs at the bottom the first one is named 'introduction and guidance' and is white. If you click on this it will bring the instructions up. If you the click on the orange box underneath where it says 'Childs Name' this will allow you to write the child's name in the box, you can then do the same with the gender box.
I hope this helps but please let me know if you continue to have problems.
      I hope you have a lovely day! : )

  • This is fabulous, but just for your information, Line 41 on the BLP KS1 sheet has an error - there is a gender variable instead of 'they' before 'are suggested' This is the line: =Child_Name_Variable&" will try alternative or different approaches if "&IF(Child_Gender_Variable="Male","he","she")&" are suggested, "&IF(Child_Gender_Variable="Male","he","she")&" responds to ideas, tasks and problems and makes links between ideas."

  • Hi.
The general statements in the Maths page don't seem to work. They seem to be in a different format from the rest of the statements, I can't see them properly, they don't match up with the LA/ MA/ HA/ columns and I can't copy and paste them!
Can you check them out please?
Other than that, the resource is fantastic, thank you so much!

    , May 31st
    • Hi Ziggy10,
Thank you for commenting! Can you see any tabs at the bottom of the page at all? There is an arrow to the left of the first 'Introduction and Guidance' tab which moves the tabs along so that you can see all of the subjects. Alternatively, there is an ellipsis (...) to the right of the subject tabs, which shows the other subjects of you click on it. Please try these suggestions and let me know if you have any further problems! :)

  • This is brilliant, thank you!

  • Hello

Thanks for this great resource! Really good to have an updated bank of statements to use for this year. :-)

I'm also going to ask the name/gender question as asked by some before. I have entered information into the name and gender boxes on the info/guidance screen, as instructed. However, when I click to the subject tabs, it doesn't transfer this information and still shows 'Childname'. Is there something needed to be selected to get this change to 'run'? It's probably just a simple click on Excel that I don't know about as I avoid using it whenever possible!

    Many thanks!

    , May 30th
    • Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. I have had a look at the spreadsheet for you. In order to fill in the details about a child you need to fill in their name and gender in the 'yellow' row below the blue row which says 'Child name' and 'Child Gender'. Once this has been done it should fill in the 'Childname' section on the rest of the spreadsheet. I hope that this helps. Have a lovely day :)

      , May 30th
    • Brilliant! Thank you so much! I was putting it in the white space but it's all sorted now. Much appreciated. :-)

All of the tabs are within the spreadsheet. Please make sure that you have maximised your window and you may need to zoom out to ensure the full sheet is displayed within the window.

Please could you try this and let me know if you're still having trouble? Have a lovely day! :)

    • Hi luluboland,

Thank you for your comment on the Twinkl website.

When you open the resource if you go to the different coloured tabs at the bottom the first one is named 'introduction and guidance' and is white. If you click on this it will bring the instructions up. If you the click on the orange box underneath where it says 'Childs Name' this will allow you to write the child's name in the box, you can then do the same with the gender box.
I hope this helps but please let me know if you continue to have problems.
      I hope you have a lovely day! : )

    , Apr 24th
    • Hi AnnaAustin,

Thank you for your comment on the Twinkl website.

The science statements can be found using the tabs at the bottom. if you open the document and look towards the bottom, there are different coloured tabs for each subject. To the left of these tabs there is a right facing arrow. If you click this it will move you along all the different subjects. The science one is the very last tab.
I hope this helps but please let me know if you are still unable to find it.
      I hope you have a lovely day! : )
