  • Hi, I've been looking for a Reading Passport for my UKS2 class to encourage them to read a wide range of texts, including traditional stories, modern fiction, plays, poems, information texts plus difference fiction genres. Each time they read a particular type of text, they get a stamp. Do you have plans to produce one of these? Am trying to make my own on Create but it's not going well!

    • Hi MissLawra,
Thanks for commenting! Would this be suitable; http://www.twinkl.co.uk/resource/t-g-164-my-reading-challenge-passport? If not, do let me know and I can ask our resource designers about your suggestion. :)

    • Hi, thanks for your reply. No, that was the one I've left a reply on. I've thinking of one with text types printed on to encourage them to vary the types of books they're reading, as suggested in the National Curriculum. If you could ask your designers to consider it, I'd be extremely grateful! I've seen one here (http://classroommagic.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/genre-passport-freebie.html) but it's American and non-editable. Thanks again!

A handy passport for children to keep a useful record of all the books and texts they have read across a topic. Great for reading challenges such as 'Read Around The World, Continent or Country!'.
