    • Hi there,
      There is not a set pass rate set for these assessment sheets and they are intended to aid with a 'best fit' judgement of the child's ability. A general indicator, at the end of each phase a child should be able to recognise and pronounce the majority of the graphemes and phonemes. I hope this helps!

  • On the phase 5 assessment sheet the first sentence says "at the start of phase 5 children should get ticks in most of the boxes" - is that right? Does it mean at the end of phase 5?
