      Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this. This is indeed the same resource as the phase 3 grid. I'm very sorry if this mistake has caused you any trouble. It will be updated as soon as possible.
      In the meantime if you need to access the resource quickly, you can download the editable version(the editable version is underneath the pink download button) and add the phase 4 phonemes yourself. The phase 4 phonemes can be found on this mat here: http://www.twinkl.co.uk/resource/t-l-5862-combined-phase-4-and-5-sound-mats.
