  • Hi,
could this be made to match the order which the words appear on the assessment sheet for common exception words for Year 1?

Or, the editable version changed to match the order on this resource? That way I can tick off words written/read correctly without having to scan across pages! It would be incredibly helpful! Thank you!
    ps. Hi Hannah S!

  • Is there any chance these Y1 words could be put onto sheets with just a few on each page for the children to practice at home or for spelling practice? Or is there anything similar anywhere I can only find teacher assessment full lists for the Y1 words. If it could be made editable that would be great then people can choose which words they want each week to send or could give different amounts maybe to different groups? Thank you

  • It would be really helpful to have the words grouped in the phases where they first appear (like the bookmarks, for example)

  • I love this resource however the font it is produced in has 'a' in it, not the formation that we teach. Maybe it's just my laptop doesn't have the font you have used!

  • Thank you! An important resource due to the end of key stage expectations for writing!

A handy assessment resource to tick off common exception words for Year 1 as children can read and write them independently.
