      Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry you're having some printing problems. Instead of shrinking the image, have you tried using your printer settings to 'shrink to printable area' or equivalent? Take a look at our FAQ page for further support but do let me know if you're still having trouble and I'll take another look right away :)
