      Thank you very much for commenting! It's great to hear from you :)

      The arrow will point to the top level of noise that you would like in your classroom. When the children exceed that level you add a red warning dot to the warning area. If they use all of their warnings you then you can give whatever consequences you use, in line with your schools behaviour policy. Please let me know if I can be of further help :)
