can anyone suggest the idea for teaching opposites, like big and small, white and black as I am quite new in teaching I have to teach through games I am k2 English teacher.

    • Sep 10th

For colour opposites you could give children the different coloured balloons and ask them to find their opposite colour on the colour wheel, linking with complementary colours. There are some colour wheels here: It's more of an art focus, but gives the opportunity to look at the meaning of 'opposite', comparing opposite colours, opposite adjectives, to being physically opposite in position.
