    Hi there are some errors.

    It should say that commas are used to separate clauses within a sentence, not used to separate sentences.

    Also, the example used for Hyphens is actually using Dashes. Hyphens are used within words such as 'There are ten eleven-year-olds in the class.'

    Australian usage is the same as UK - only punctuation that is part of the quotation should be inside the quotation marks, so this is perfect for us. Thanks for a great resource!

    Hi there tractor - thanks for commenting! I've just double checked this for you and I think the convention for this within the UK is to put the comma outside of the quotation marks, in the US it is the opposite :)

    Is the example under speech marks correct? "I hate grammar", the little boy whispered. Shouldn't the comma be inside the speech marks?
