To teach my children the meaning of heavy, light and same.

  • Mar 29th

I will use them to reinforce the idea of weight. We will first discuss the meaning of weight, heavy, light and use a real scale. Students will use their bodies with arms spread out to the side and pretend they are scales. I will use the visuals as a reinforcer and they will be added to my math wall.

  • Mar 17th

After playing with the real scales these pictures will reinforce the idea that heavy goes down and light goes up on the balance scales with my Kindy kids.
