  • I would use them for a place value game. Have the students roll 2 or all 3 of dice depending on skill level. They would then use a sheet of paper to see how many different numbers they could make with the numbers they rolled. After that they can sequence their numbers.

  • A 'chance' game called Rocket Ship. Class is divided into teams and each team has a 10 dice. On the board each team draws a rocket ship and divides it into 10 numbered sections. As they roll a number using the dice, they cross that number off their rocket ship. The first team to cross off all their numbers wins!
