  • I really like this spreadsheet.  In order to improve it a little, it would be great to create the accurate percentage of correct/incorrect answers on the right hand side.

To do that, you could ask teachers to fill in the number of children in a specific box.  For the formula (=COUNTIF(B4:AE4,"1")/30), you could have =COUNTIF(B4:AE4,"1")/SPECIFIEDBOX instead.  That would give an accurate percentage.

    Hope that makes sense!

  • Hi,
I have 32 children in my class. There seems to be 31 columns for children's names, I have added another column, but this means that the formula needed to work out % etc, isn't there.
    Thank you.

    • Hi,
The assessment that was sent still only had 30 boxes for children.
I've just tried to download the new one on here and that only has 30 boxes.
      Thank you.

  • Hi I have been trying to find the version of this that states if the child is at, below or above and I'm not having much luck. Could you point me in the right direction or email it to me please? Thanks

  • Hi, Love this tool but when it gives a percentage for the child is there anyway of knowing if that child is at, below , above expected as it would be more beneficial if it gave us that info. It seems for do red, amber green for the questions which isn't really needed but doesn't do it for the actual child.
    Thanks :)

  • This is brilliant! Makes assessment much easier, being able to link all the questions to the objectives. Is there one for year 3? Many thanks

    • Hi smass5,

Thank you for getting in touch on the Twinkl website.

I've had a look for you and the Year 3 assessment spreadsheet is currently being worked on, however we do have this resource available for LKS2 http://www.twinkl.co.uk/resource/t2-e-681-new-curriculum-lks2-years-3-and-4-english-reading-spreadsheet

We also have lots of other reading assessment resources, so do let me know if there is anything else you need! I hope you have a lovely day! : )

    • Thank you. I looked at the 3/4 one and it isn't linked to the tests which is the main thing I was looking for. I will wait for the year 3 one! Any idea when it will be put on your site? Many thanks

    • I'm afraid I'm unable to say when it will be available, but it is on its way! Keep checking back to see what's new! :)

    • Will do! Thank you :)
