  • I have used this very successfully with a preschooler who engages in aggressive and destructive behaviours - used with another poster detailing what they ARE allowed to do. I created one myself that matched, but it might be good to have an editable version that can have 3-4 options for what to do when they are feeling angry.
For a preschooler, just having the first three rules "no hurting people, no hurting yourself, no breaking things" was very successful.

This resource can be used as visual support or a social story intended to support students in expressing their anger. It is important to support students expressing their anger in a healthy way. The angry rules are also editable to enable them to be individualised for specific behaviours.
This resource is available in Standard and Editable.
