  • This is good for EAL students so that they can express themselves even when they don't have the words. They can have their parents translate the meaning as a lot of the emotions are not very clear through their facial expressions. I find that the students use these more to express negative emotions. Sometimes when they are cross or annoyed they can simply look sad so these will help teachers understand their student better.
