      Hi Bella_81, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble downloading this resource, I have just checked on my computer and seem to be able to download it fine, so it could just be that the pdf reader on your computer needs updating, I have copied in the link to our technical help page, which will explain how to do this.
