  • 2 large spoonfuls of kindness
  • A pinch of happiness
  • 100g of smiles
  • 50g of sharing
  • A sprinkle of gentleness
  • 150g of helpfulness
  • A heaped teaspoon of love
  • 25g of laughter
  • 10 drops of respect
  • A large pinch of fun!
