  • Hi LizzieSinclair22, thank you for your comment. I have just checked and it seems to be downloading fine on my computer. It could just be that the pdf reader on your computer needs updating, if you click on the yellow bird on the bottom left hand side of your screen and then click on 'having a technical problem' it will tell you how you can update it. I hope this helps but if you are still having problems then please let me know. :)
