Our design team manager Joe has taken a look and it seems to be New York :) If there's anything else at all I can help with, please let me know.

    • Hello there,

Thank you for contacting Twinkl and I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the videos in this resource. Our lovely design team have taken a look and the videos seem to be working correctly. For best results, you will need to extract the video files and PowerPoint file from the ZIP pack to the same location on your computer before opening. I hope this helps!

  • How do I get the videos to work? Thanks

    , Feb 19th
    • Hi GemmaMoore93,
Thanks for letting us know that there are issues with this PowerPoint. I'm sorry to hear this and would love to help.
To enable our lovely PowerPoints to work properly, we suggest selecting 'Enable Editing' if this is displayed as an option. Any animations, links or other special features will work best when the PowerPoint is viewed as a Slideshow. To do this, simply click on the Slideshow tab and select 'View from beginning'.
When you click on the video still, it will start to play. I hope this helps and I will also send a copy of this resource through to you. If you need further guidance please get back in touch and we'll find a solution! :)
