    • Hi emmapayne3,
      Hi there!
Thanks for getting in touch about this lovely resource and I'm very sorry to hear that you are having issues with it. Once the resource download is complete, make sure you fully unzip all the files and save them to a central location, such as your Desktop or My Documents. Running the PowerPoint from inside the downloaded zip file isn't supported and may not work as expected. If also available separately, the sound/video files must be saved in the same location as the PowerPoint.
When you open the unzipped PowerPoint, if prompted, you'll need to "enable content" and "enable editing" (in the yellow pop up bar) otherwise dynamic content such as audio and video will not work.

If the videos aren't working in preview mode, then please try them out in Slide Show mode (The keyboard shortcut for this is to press Alt+S then B - the presentation will go into full screen mode)
I hope this helps but please get back in touch if none of the suggestions solve your problem! :)

    • Hi waterbabie1,
Thanks for your comment and I’m sorry you’re having a few difficulties with this PowerPoint.
To enable our lovely PowerPoints to work properly for you, please make sure that you have selected 'Enable Editing' if this is displayed as an option. Any animations, links or other special features will work best when the PowerPoint is viewed as a Slideshow. To do this, simply click on the Slideshow tab and select 'View from beginning'.
I hope this helps - if you need further guidance please get back in touch and we'll find a solution for you! :)

    • Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with this resource - our lovely design team have checked it and the videos seem to be working correctly. For best results you will need to ensure you have extracted both the video files and the PowerPoint file out of the ZIP pack to the same location on your computer. I hope this helps!

Perfect for the whole class, this powerpoint features some fantastic videos to help support your teaching on this topic. Includes a fire truck, fire, and fire service training. Use them as role play inspiration, discussion starters, writing prompts, and much more!

(Super important note: please make sure you enable video content for this powerpoint if prompted, that you have an internet connection, and that you do not have youtube.com on your list of blocked programs!)
