  • I am going to use this to get the children to design an invite to the scarecrows wedding as part of a bigger topic. Also going to do postcards from their honeymoon and other stories with repetition.

  • After recent weddings with staff our children were very interested to see photos etc of the british and indian wedding. We will use them for children to invite others to' their wedding'

  • I would first read the book to the children then ask them if they had been to a wedding or had an wedding invitation. I would ask them to make a invitation to the scarecrows wedding.
