    • Hi rweir10,
Sorry to hear you're having a few issues. I've checked it over and it seems to be working properly.
When viewing the PowerPoint, select 'Enable Editing' if this is displayed as an option. I'd also recommend waiting a minute or so after clicking this button - that seemed to do the trick for me.
I hope this helps and I will also send a copy of this resource through to you. If you need further guidance please get back in touch and we'll find a solution! :)

    • Hi there,
I have had another look at this resource and I wondered if you might be able to download the alternative version that is in Comic Sans font. This alternative version is located in the box under the resource. If you are still unable to access this document correctly having tried this, please get back to us and we can look into this further :)

  • Hi there, I'm not sure what has gone wrong but the PowerPoint opens fine and I can see the graphics but the text is encoded and does not appear at all.

    • Hi there,

Thanks for your comment and I'm sorry you're having some trouble viewing this resource.

It sounds like this may be a font compatibility issue. Could you try downloading the Comic Sans version which is available in the 'Alternative versions' box and seeing if this fixes the problem?

Please let me know if you're still having some trouble and I can take another look into this for you. Have a lovely evening! :)

This great task setter pack includes a fantastic powerpoint that guides you through the process of creating your very own character profile. The powerpoint also has editable pages for you to add your ideas to, making this perfect for whole-class teaching. Use the worksheet to help your children record their ideas individually as you go.
