  • Hi there, I'm not sure what has gone wrong but the PowerPoint opens fine and I can see the graphics but the text is encoded and does not appear at all.

      Thanks for your comment and I'm sorry you're having some trouble viewing this resource.

      It sounds like this may be a font compatibility issue. Could you try downloading the Comic Sans version which is available in the 'Alternative versions' box and seeing if this fixes the problem?
