  • I have downloaded this file to desktop, as suggested, but only the activity sheet (PDF) is there. The PPT file does not appear. Please help

  • I can't open this either - I have tried downloading it on both Internet Explorer and Chrome. It's a PPT file and I have no problem opening any of the other PPT files from here so I don't think it's my program?

    Thanks

    • Hi there,

      Thanks for your comment!

I've just taken a look at this PowerPoint and it seems to be opening properly for me.

Because it is contained within a ZIP pack, it is worth checking that you have an up to date unzipping program on your computer:
      http://www.twinkl.co.uk/help/common-problems/what-is-a-zip-file-and-how-do-i-open-it

Sometimes if a file name is particularly long, it can be helpful to save these to your desktop and then opening from there. This can be done by right clicking on the Download button and selecting 'save link as'.

Could you have another go and let me know if you're still unable to open this?

      Have a lovely day! :)

    • Hey there SophieJoan, thanks for commenting! Have you tried placing the folder on your desktop to unzip and rename it? This will shorten the destination path :)
