    • Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the video in this resource. Our lovely design team have investigated the problem and it appears to be working as intended - please ensure you have extracted both the PowerPoint and video files to the same location on your computer, and that you have clicked 'enable' editing on the presentation if prompted. I hope this helps!

  • I was hoping to use this resource on Friday with a mixed yr 3 and 4 class, but again, I cant get the video to work. Is there any possibility of it being fixed by Friday?

    • Good morning freckleface,
Thanks for getting in touch. I've double checked this powerpoint and it seems to be working fine for me here - it worked for me after I downloaded the resource, right clicked on the folder and selected "Extract all..." then clicked on "Extract". Also sometimes clicking "Enable editing" before viewing the powerpoint can make sure the video works. Hope this helps! :) Please let us know if you are still having any issues viewing the video.

    • Hi there,
The video in this PowerPoint appears to be functioning correctly. If you have extracted the PowerPoint file and the video file to the same location on your computer and have 'enabled editing' and the video is still not playing, you may need to update your drivers and codecs to play .avi files. I hope this helps!
