  • We have printed out two large Roman soldiers which are at the front of the classroom for our scene setting. I am going to print and laminate these labels so that the children can label the soldiers outfits independently.

This fantastic resource set includes a large illustration of a Roman soldier printable over 6 A4 pages, a set of matching labels, and a set of editable labels. Use the soldier to improve your display or as a prop during role play, see if your children can label the soldier and have them use him as inspiration for independent writing tasks, with the cards as a spelling reference.
