  • One of these timelines with just British history on would be very helpful. Eg Stone/Iron/Bronze ages, Romans, Anglo Saxons, Vikings, Middle Ages, Victorian, Modern. It has more information than I need at the moment and is rather long. Thanks.

  • One big one to fit on an A3 sheet would be good for smaller displays

  • This is a brilliant resource! I've spotted a couple of errors though that I thought I'd pass on to you. The Stone Age dates read 15000-300 BC (instead of 3000 BC) and the dates for Mughal India are not correct. I used the Half A4 version - I haven't checked any others.

Also i wondered if it would be possible to have a landscape A3 version to reduce the amount of joins.

This history timeline spans from the beginning of the Stone Age Age in 15,000 BC right up until present day. Includes images corresponding with each new civilisation and age that begins and labels. Perfect for your history lessons, and a great resource to get the children involved in putting events in the right time period. Please note this is a big resource with lots of pages; the main spread over 36 A4 pages, A3 spread over 34 A3 pages and the half A4 spread over 18 A4 pages.
This resource is available in Standard, Half A4, PowerPoint, A3 and A3-Display-Poster.
