  • Hi,
Is it possible to have this in a word file so I can edit some of the instructions as there are a few too many for my class. Thank you.

    • Hi lbowker,
Lovely idea :) I'll ask our design team to make an editable version. We do also have a LA version available underneath the pink download button if it is of any use. Have a lovely day! :)

Some of Q10 is covered by the pirate's head, can I just check what it is supposed to say?

  • Children loved this and it really challenged them. However question 7 on the higher ability sheet leads to an empty space. It should say back 1 at the end.

  • I have downloaded this and used the resource but I have found that some of the clues don't seem to meet an object and therefore I don't feel I can re use this resource.

  • I went to use this resource this morning in my maths lesson, the children were really excited to use it... unfortunately the directions are incorrect! From step 2, it is impossible to follow as we end up off the page.

    • We have now worked out that after each direction you needed to go back to the start, unfortunately it doesn't explain this.

    • Hi Kmarsh15.311,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this confusion has caused, we're currently amending the instructions to make it clearer that you need to start on the black square for each direction. Thank you for letting us know about this one, have a good afternoon!

This fantastic set of differentiated sheets allows your children to practice their direction following! Can they get from one image to another on the grid following the instructions?
