  • Thank you so much for doing this - it's great! There is a tiny mistake on it though, which is that at the bottom it still says 'addition of 3245' even though it only shows the addition of 245. Thanks again for being so fabulous!

    • Sorry my comment went in the wrong place - I was trying to write a reply to another comment which was about the lower ability version of the poster. The mistake I was referring to is on the lower ability version, and still seems to be there. Sorry for the confusion!

  • Would it be possible to make a version of this with just hundreds, tens and units?  I would like to use it with my Year 2s, but don't want to confuse them with the thousands!Thanks :)

  • Hi there,
    The 4x A4 version has the two bottom parts missing when I download it. It only has a blue line in the middle of page 3.
    Am I doing something wrong? My browser is chrome.

What is place value? Never forget again with this great poster! Features visual representations of different amounts, with an example sum showing how you can break down calculations to show the different units involved. (Helpful hint: remember to change your print settings to 'shrink to printable area' to ensure your poster fits together perfectly!)
