  • This is really helpful but how do they get exceeding expectations at the bottom in blue? Is there another code to enter other than 1,2,3 to get that to apply?

    • Hi staplexmcp,
Thank you for commenting, I've taken a look and I'm not sure how to fill this in fir exceeding either! I'll get this clarified right away!

    • Hi there staplexmcp,

Our lovely designers have now fixed the problem and you should be able to enter your exceeding grades now. Just use 'e' to fill the cell and it should turn blue :) Have a great day!

  • Would there be any chance of getting the version for 31 children on too?

    Thank you.

    • Hi MissHardy4,
Thank you very much for commenting! It's great to hear from you. To add a further column, simply enable editing and click on the final name column on the right. Then right click, select 'insert' and 'add column'. I hope this helps :)

    • Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately this does not work as it throws the percentages out. If every child achieved a 1 (green) for a particular objective it is showing 103%.
Also, when I checked the original document, if a child achieves a 1 in all objectives the % is 102%. I think this a very useful resource and hope to be able to use it but will only work if the formulas are correct.

      Thank you.

  • We really like these at our school. We are hoping to track children throughout the school so I have merged all the spreadsheets year 1-6 into one workbook so we can have one file per cohort and be able to manage cohorts with children working well above/below year group expectations and keep one workbook running throughout the cohorts journey through school. Was really easy to do but I wonder if having one ready done on Twinkl would help other teachers?

  • We`re using monkey maths mats for children`s records so this will be a useful teacher assessment tool. I can then upload the info onto pupil asset. Thank you.
