  • These are lovely - would it be possible to have matching 'I have the responsibility...' cards?
Eg: 'I have the right to be heard' matched with 'I have the responsibility to listen'

    • Hi there scoombes - We have been advised that
UNICEF don't advocate using the term 'responsibility' associated with 'rights' - the implication being that a child's rights are dependent on them fulfilling certain obligations. As a result all resources with this connection have been removed. I hope that this information is useful :)

These discussion cards are perfect for getting all the class involved. They help children to speak up and voice their opinion, and lead the way for them to get creative and imaginative with their problems and solutions. A great way to introduce the topic of personal rights, and to get the children enthusiastic about learning. Helps with communication, group work, speaking and listening, and problem solving!
