  • I like the challenges within this sheet and we may adapt it to use during our Rugby week during the World Cup.
    But in the interview linked to this activity, Chris Robshaw doesn't actually list any foods he eats on a regular basis. I'm not sure if it is maybe the wrong interview which is linked? Makes the first challenge a bit difficult to do.

      Thank you for commenting on this resource! :)
      The idea of this question is that children are required to think for themselves about which kinds of food would be considered nutritional, rather than using a list in the interview to answer the question. The table further down the page may also be helpful to the children, as it gives examples of the kinds of foods that have each nutritional aspect.
      I may be a good idea to look into healthy eating in advance of this activity in order to give the children a little more knowledge to be able to answer the question.
