    • Hi Ruth75,
Thanks for your comment and I’m sorry that there are problems opening this resource.
These particular resources are contained within a ZIP pack which need up-to-date unzipping software to be able to access. Our helpful FAQ page should provide a solution, and I will also send a copy of this resource through to you, but if you're still having trouble, let me know and I'll have another look at this right away!

  • I can't seem to get any of the windows media player files to play .Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

    • Hi kellyisaacs123,
I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble opening this super resource and I assure you it will be worth the wait :) I'm not too sure what the issue is here as you should not need to use Windows Media Player for the resource included in this pack. You would need to unzip the pack and then view the documents using Adobe or PowerPoint. Try using this help page, but let us know if you're still having difficulties. http://www.twinkl.co.uk/help/resources/what-is-a-zip-file-and-how-do-i-open-it I hope you get it sorted and have a lovely Monday! :)

If you're still unsuccessful, you could also try saving the file to your desktop. I hope this helps! :)

  • Hi there. A great resource. Would you mind changing a spelling error please? On the activity sheets, under teacher check, the spelling for 'capital' is incorrect. It's shown as 'captial'. Many thanks.
