  • I used the vector dominoes with my class today. Unfortunately we found that some of the vectors were missing or incorrect and so we couldn't complete the game. I also felt that since vectors were introduced in the powerpoint, it would be nice to have some worksheets where the children could apply their vector learning.

This is the second of a set of six lessons on identifying, describing and representing the position of a shape following a reflection or translation. This lesson teaches children to draw the position of a shape following a translation. It includes a lesson plan, presentation and differentiated activity sheets.
