  • Although this resource is great for children with EAL and autism, I plan to use this to support them and the entire class. All children in my year 4 class will be responsible for updating this throughout the week. A smaller one of this will be given to my student with EAL

  • The school I work for is wanting transition ideas for the teachers to use in class. A visual timetable works well for all children to identify possible changes in a day and let them know what is expected and the order is in the day. Like a diary. This encourages positive behaviour as they know what to expect next.

  • Bit of a long shot... but any chance of making a Thai and Montessori card? It's probably too specific. Can I edit things around to make my own?

  • I am training to teach EYFS and KS1, I used a visual timetable on a previous placement when working with autistic children, and noticed that doing a visual timetable every morning and afternoon helped all the children know what to expect from the day and be more involved in their learning.
