  • I use a form almost identical to this, termly, for my EYFS children basically called a Unique Child and I was wondering if there is any way you could duplicate this and just call it Unique Child.  Im unable to edit any of your resources unfortunately as my computer won't convert (flipping thing) otherwise if this had ve been editable idve tried.
Thank you, once again love this site.

  • Hi don't know why but when I download the form, it has the 7 areas instead of just the 3 prime areas???

    • Hi there,
There seems to be an error when downloading this resource as the editable word version takes you to a document that has both the Specific and Prime areas of learning on. I will ask our design team to amend this, but in the meantime the PDF version downloads with just the Prime areas of learning on. :)

    • Hi there rholmes80, thanks for your comment! The progress check at age 2 concentrates on the 3 prime learning and development areas of the EYFS. We do however have another form here: https://www.twinkl.co.uk/resource/t-pa-146-early-years-progress-summary-form that covers all of the areas of learning within the EYFS if you would find that helpful : )

    • A two year progress check only has the prime areas, once this is done and they are over three, you then do progress checks on the whole 7 areas of development. That's why this only has the prime areas. Hope this helps.

This handy form is designed to report back to parents about their child's progress check at age two. It covers characteristics of effective learning and the three prime areas, along with next steps and a section for parents comments. It is editable so that you can type or handwrite into it.
This resource is available in Standard and PDF.
