    • Good afternoon!
I'm sorry to hear you seem to be having issues getting the videos to work. I've checked the resource and it seems to work fine for me hear. I would recommend right clicking on the pink download button, saving it to your desktop then right clicking on the folder and selecting "Extract all". I would also recommend making sure you click on "Enable editting" when you open up the PowerPoint.
You might also find this link useful: https://www.twinkl.co.uk/help/fix-a-problem/cant-view-videos
If you still seem to be experiencing issues with the videos please let us know and send us a screenshot of the problem to info@twinkl.co.uk.

    • Hi emhume,
Thanks for letting us know that there are issues with this PowerPoint. I'm sorry to hear this and would love to help.
To enable our lovely PowerPoints to work properly, we suggest selecting 'Enable Editing' if this is displayed as an option. Any animations, links or other special features will work best when the PowerPoint is viewed as a Slideshow. To do this, simply click on the Slideshow tab and select 'View from beginning'.
I hope this helps and I will also send a copy of this resource through to you. If you need further guidance please get back in touch and we'll find a solution! :)

    • Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear these video files are not compatible with the default Mac QuickTime player - you could download an alternative player such as VLC Media Player (which is free and available for Mac OS X) to access the videos.
      I hope this helps!
